Day 13: May 28, 2015 Marathon Key to Key West 49 miles

The final day of the trip was another beautiful day with a strong tailwind. Not as hot as the last couple days. Great roads. One flat tire. No rain on the entire trip…amazing! We took some time to celebrate with some photos at the finish and some shaved ice which really hit the spot.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us. We hope you enjoyed following along.

We will be posting some reflections on this trip over the next few days as we wind down here in Key West and begin to prepare for our next adventure.

If you haven’t done so already, it is not to late to make a donation to Be The Match so others needing a transplant can have the same opportunity for a cure that Bob has enjoyed.

First on the road flat of the trip, Bob got a puncture from a piece of wire. It’s always the back wheel!
